UF/IFAS Pasco Extension 4-H Program Launches Insectathon Club

Does not knowing enough about insects bug you?  Explore the world of entomology with a free, new virtual offering from the UF/IFAS Pasco County 4-H. Insectathon Club for youth, ages 5 to 18, begins October 20, 2020.

WHAT:          4-H Insectathon Club, Ages 5 to 18

WHEN:          Oct. 20, 2020 to Jan. 19, 2021 / 6 p.m.

The meetings are free and you don’t have to be a 4-H member to join.  Registration is required to receive your link to the club meetings. Sign up today at:  bit.ly/4HInsectRegister

Participants will learn about entomology, including insect identification and the important roles they play in our world.  Club members will learn how to create their own insect collections and have the opportunity to participate in county and statewide 4-H contests and activities related to entomology.
