April is Water Conservation Month
April is Water Conservation Month – a perfect time to learn how to protect this precious resource and save some money in the process!
Smart water use can protect our planet and your pocketbook
As temperatures begin to rise, the Pasco Board of County Commissioners and Pasco County Utilities are encouraging our Pasco County neighbors to conserve as much water as possible. Dry, hot weather is often accompanied by increased water use – both inside and outside our homes.
“It is a given that saving water is important, and the statement of conservation is often second nature for our residents,” said Customer Service Administrator for Pasco County Utilities Sandra Anderson. “Recognizing April as Water Conservation Month is a timely and important reminder. The increase in water use for April is staggering compared to the rest of the year.”
