The Hernando County Fine Arts Council is excited to share our brand-new educational program, Art Mark! Art Mark is a summer program dedicated to providing children in our community with classes covering various disciplines taught by inspiring teachers at an affordable price.

Arts Council Announces New Educational Summer Art Program for Students

For the first series of Art Mark classes, we will be introducing three courses: Dance, Visual Arts, and the World of Music. Classes will run in 6-week, 3-week, and 4-week sessions, respectively. Students will also have the option to pay for classes on a drop-in basis. Classes are available to students ages 5 to 18 years and the first series, Dance, will begin in early June.

Art Mark is presented in partnership with Florida Adventure Coast and Stage West Playhouse. We are excited to partner with these entities to bring classes to both the Brooksville and Spring Hill areas for the entire county to enjoy. Brooksville classes will be held at the Welcome Center (205 E Fort Dade Ave, Brooksville, FL 34601) and Spring Hill classes will be held at Stage West Playhouse (8390 Forest Oaks Blvd, Spring Hill, FL 34606).
