A beautiful, clean blueberry farm in the Shady Hills area, Green Acres has been growing blueberries for commercial and you pick for many years. Located at the end of Eldridge Avenue off of County Line Road, this clean welcoming farm offers 12-acres of highbush blueberry bushes on 25-acres of open farmland.
As you drive up the entrance trek and park, a produce stand greets you with clear pricing and fresh-made blueberry jam and local honey offerings set out for visitors to add to their picking purchases. Grow your own blueberry plants are available also.
Family-owned and family-oriented are good descriptors of Green Acres Blueberry Farm, where social distancing is easily practiced with wide, long rows of healthy plants. Owners Tina and Ken take pride in having the “cleanest and prettiest family-owned farm around.”
Close-toed shoes, sunscreen, and bug spray are good things to use on your blueberry picking adventure at Green Acres.
Handwashing stations and restrooms are available at the farm. Sanitized buckets and bags are provided for picking.
Blueberries are $4 per pound you-pick and $5 per pound pre-picked. Cash or check only. Exact change is greatly appreciated. Please call ahead for pre-pick orders to ensure the quantity you want is available.
