Main Spring Pilates and Wellness

Main Spring Pilates and Wellness offers classically based Pilates classes and personal training in a refreshing environment designed to inspire strength, focus and achievement of personal wellness goals. Pilates is a conditioning and strengthening program for both the body and the mind.

The Pilates method was developed by Joseph Pilates during the WWI era and was originally known as “controlology.” Pilates improves core strength, flexibility and balance by utilizing body weight resistance, props and specialized apparatuses that provide spring-based resistance and support. Pilates is based on six key principles: control, center, concentration, precision, flow and breath.

Pilates can benefit people of all ages and fitness levels, and the exercises are modified to accommodate individual needs. At Main Spring Pilates, we strive to help each individual feel empowered, supported and encouraged through personalized Pilates classes.

In-studio classes

Private class – 1:1 instruction tailored to your goals and fitness level. Includes use of all Pilates apparatuses (reformer, tower, chair), props, and equipment: $70 per session

Duo class – bring a friend and enjoy a personalized workout as you build strength and flexibility. Includes use of all Pilates apparatuses (reformer, tower, chair), props, and equipment: $45 per person

We accept cash, check, and credit cards. Payments are collected at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens! Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a class reservation. All reservations canceled in less than 24 hours will be charged.
