Spring Lake Blueberry Farm

A respite in the country, Spring Lake Blueberry Farm is surrounded by large pine and oak trees in the rolling hills southeast of Brooksville. Ruth and Larry Davis have been growing Southern Highbush blueberries on this beautiful 15-acre farm for many years.

The farm has not used any pesticides on their berries for several years and the berries are large and tasty! They also grow sweet and red onions, lettuce, greens, and offer assorted produce as it’s available throughout the season, which runs from the beginning of April through the end of May.

There is plenty of room to stay safe distances from other pickers while you are visiting Spring Lake Blueberry Farm, enjoying the sunshine, fresh air, and bazillions of blueberries.

Spring Lake Blueberry Farm provides individually sanitized buckets for holding your berries while you pick and bags for taking your delicious fruit home. They have a nice water cooler with paper cups to keep guests hydrated while visiting.

It is recommended that you wear closed-toe shoes, a hat, and long pants, and bring sunscreen. There are port-a-potties onsite for your comfort.

You are welcome to bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the multitude of wildlife that frequents the farm including fox, rabbits, hawks, owls, gopher tortoises and many butterflies.

The blueberries are $3.75/pound for u-pick and $6.00/pound for pre-picked. Please call ahead if you want pre-picked berries to ensure they are ready for you. Sweet onions and red onions are $1.00/pound. Fresh herb and various other plants are often available. Pick up an adorable Spring Lake Blueberry Farm lapel pin while you are visiting.

Bring the kids out for some fresh air and take home a healthy treat at Spring Lake Blueberry Farm!
