‘Doing business with Pasco County’ Workshop

Pasco County Purchasing to host vendor workshop October 5, 2017

The Pasco County Purchasing Department is inviting all local vendors interested in doing business with the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) to attend a Vendor Workshop on Thursday, October 5, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Utilities Administration Building, located at 19420 Central Blvd, Land O’ Lakes, Florida.  The workshop will be held in the Anclote & Cotee conference rooms.

The two-part workshop is designed to generate more local vendor participation and to help streamline the process for contractors and vendors who would like to bid on Pasco County BOCC projects, goods and services.

The Vendor Workshop will be broken down into two sessions:

Doing Business with Pasco County: 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

  • Learn how the Purchasing Department, through local vendors, meets the county’s needs

Preparing Bids & Proposals: 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

  • Training on how to submit bids and proposals
  • Review previously-awarded solicitations as examples
