The Friends of the Hacienda Hotel is devoted to celebrating the unique history and culture of the City of New Port Richey, its natural beauty and its many points of interest, including the Historic Hacienda Hotel. In addition, we are dedicated to assisting the New Port Richey community by helping to increase visibility, fostering awareness and understanding; encouraging community pride and involvement; and through the development of events and projects that honor the City’s past while nurturing its future.

Our current goal is to raise funds which will be utilized towards the improvement and restoration of the Historic Hacienda Hotel, the gem of downtown New Port Richey, Florida. This unique historical site is a cultural treasure, filled with fame and folklore, local history, and some even say…g-g-g- ghosts. We want to help make sure this rare beauty is available for many generations to come.
