Cattle Dog Coffee Roasters Gifting customers January 3
Cattle Dog Coffee Roasters will be gifting the first 50 Customers at each of their Hernando, Inverness, and Crystal River locations on January 3, 2020.
Cattle Dog Coffee Roasters began in Citrus County in 2008 with a single store and a vision.
Stephen Dorst got the wonderful store open in Hernando and then suddenly passed away. It was tragic.
James and Heather Cook found Cattle Dog, named after Stephen’s loyal canine, and got to know the Dorst family. They purchased the store, inventory and roasting machine in 2008 and have been roasting the finest coffee available since then.
Another store was opened in Inverness, at Citrus Memorial Hospital. Then in the downtown Inverness area. Culinary delights were added to the menu and it was changed quarterly.
Another store opened in Lecanto last year, in the Church without Walls.
In December of 2019, Cattle Dog Coffee Roasters completed a renovation of a historic building that housed a restaurant for years and opened its 5th store in the Heritage Village area of downtown Crystal River!
