Come celebrate with us in historic downtown Brooksville this Christmas season! Thousands pass through our town in the month of December, and we have 25 days of events and opportunities to make memories with your loved ones.  Here’s a sneak peek into all the happenings around town:

DECEMBER 1ST

  • 4pm – 9pm: Downton Abbey Christmas Dinner – Tilted Teacup Tea Room & Boutique
  • 5pm – 8pm: Orange Avenue Holiday Market hosted by Mountaineer Coffee

DECEMBER 6TH

CHRISTMAS ON MAIN STREET – ANNUAL CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING

  • 5pm – 8:30pm: Vendors on Main Street
  • 5:45pm: Christmas Movie on Main Street featuring Christmas Children’s Classics
  • 6pm: Patricia’s Boutique’s “Patricia’s Windows Come to Life”
  • 7pm: City & County Officials & Dignitary Introductions
  • 7:05pm: Christmas Tree Lighting with spectacular musical performances coordinated by Live Oak Theatre

DECEMBER 7TH – 24TH

  • 6pm – 7:00pm: Nightly Christmas Caroling at the Courthouse

DECEMBER 7TH – 9TH

Live Oak Theatre presents “It’s a Wonderful Life – A Live Radio Play”

  • Friday at 7:30pm
  • Saturday at 2:30pm and 7:30pm
  • Sunday at 2:30pm

DECEMBER 8TH

  • 10am: Kiwanis Club of Brooksville Annual Christmas Parade
  • 4pm – 9pm: Downton Abbey Christmas Dinner – Tilted Teacup Tea Room & Boutique
  • 6pm-9pm: Annual Night of Lights Tour at the May Stringer House Museum, $5.00 admission

DECEMBER 9TH

  • 1pm – 4pm Santa & Storytelling – Chinsegut Hill Manor Museum

DECEMBER 11TH

  • 5:30pm:  City of Brooksville Beautification Board: Best Residential and Commercial Christmas Displays
  • 7:00pm: Christmas Movie in the Park at Hernando Park Band Shell Pavilion

DECEMBER 12TH & 13TH

  • 6pm – 9pm: Christmas Carriage Rides provided by Classic Reflections Carriages, $5-$20 per rider
  • 6:30pm – 8:30pm: Meet Santa and his Reindeer Live & In-Person, $5 per person, $20 max per family

DECEMBER 14TH

  • 5pm – 9:30pm: Special Edition Friday Night Live – Christmas Show produced by Penguin Entertainment at Hernando Park

Band Shell Pavilion

  • 6pm – 9pm: Snacks with Santa hosted by Little Lady Café

DECEMBER 15TH

  • 4pm – 9pm: Downton Abbey Christmas Dinner – Tilted Teacup Tea Room & Boutique

DECEMBER 18TH

  • 7:00pm: Christmas Movie in the Park at Hernando Park Band Shell Pavilion

DECEMBER 19TH & 20TH

  • 6pm – 9pm: Christmas Carriage Rides provided by Classic Reflections Carriages, $5-$20 per rider

DECEMBER 20TH

  • 3pm – 4pm Parrott Middle School Children’s Choir – Hernando County Courthouse
