Citrus County Code Compliance Reminds Citizens of Regulations
Citrus County Code Compliance Reminds Citizens of Regulations
Due to an increase in the rise of code compliance cases involving vacant properties, Citrus County’s Division of Code Compliance reminds citizens that Section 3102 of the Land Development Code (LDC) does not allow for storage on a vacant piece of property. Accessory uses or structures may not be placed on residentially zoned property prior to the establishment of a primary structure. The entire LDC can be viewed on the Citrus County website: www.citrusbocc.com.

They will fine or reprimand anyone that’s not part of the club who is buying up the county, and lining each other’s pockets…
Whole place is on lockdown with all the property owners giving each other HJ’s in the closet…
Yet, they build whatever, whenever and wherever if there’s a penny to be made…
Robber Barons…
