Rec and Roll will be held at four parks around the county on Tuesday evenings between 5pm-8pm:

1st Tuesdays: Beverly Hills Community Park at 947 W Roosevelt Blvd, Beverly Hills, FL 34465

2nd Tuesdays: Wesley Jones Park at 2510 W Castania Dr, Citrus Springs, FL 34434

3rd Tuesdays: Homosassa Area Recreation Park at 4210 S Grandmarch Ave, Homosassa, FL 34446

4th Tuesdays: Floral Park at 9530 S Parkside Ave, Floral City, FL 34436

Rec and Roll will also be in Lecanto every Tuesday after school from 2:15pm-4:15pm while school is in session at Lecanto Community Park, 3505 W Educational Path, Lecanto, FL 34461.

Residents can expect activities to include picnic games like hula hoop contests, 4 square, hopscotch, sack races, and three-legged relays. If crowd numbers allow, sports such as flag football, kickball, basketball, tennis, or soccer may be organized. Parks and Recreation will also carry a plethora of games that can be played by 2 to 4 players, such as cornhole and life-size versions of chess and Connect 4.

Rec and Roll is suitable for all ages, but parents should expect to closely supervise very small children during activities. Staff will be present to help instruct children and adults in games and sports. Social distancing guidelines from the CDC will be observed.
