The Citrus Springs MSBU Advisory Council holds its regular public meetings on the first Wednesday of every month at 9:00 a.m., at the Citrus Springs Community Center, 1570 W Citrus Springs Blvd, Citrus Springs, FL 34434. The public is invited to attend the next meeting on Wednesday, September 2, 2020.

Citrus Springs MSBU Advisory Council to hold regular meeting

The Citrus Springs Municipal Service Benefit Unit receives non-ad valorem taxes for projects that will provide an equal benefit to all of the property owners within the district of Citrus Springs.

Presently the Advisory Council has supplemented the County’s contract for repaving of selected roads, mowing & trimming of County right-of-ways, maintenance of the entrance signs, streetlights for safety concerns, landscaping, Storm Drain Cover replacement, additional fire hydrants, installation of two marquee type informational signs and entrance fountain area.

The Citrus Springs MSBU’s future plan includes a continuation of the beautification project to install signage and landscape medians in the Citrus Springs subdivision.
