The City of Brooksville is pleased to announce the launching of the new City website on June 7, 2022. 

City of Brooksville Announces New Interactive Website

The website underwent a six-month redesign process with website provider CivicPlus, using a new digital opportunity known as CivicEngage Central.  The new design provides a greater means of communication with the city’s residents, businesses and visitors through a higher level of engagement.  

“We are excited to launch the redesigned City of Brooksville website. Our staff has been working diligently to create a more user-friendly and up to date website that will serve as a tool to engage and inform the citizens in our community,” stated City Manager, Ron Snowberger. 

The CivicEngage platform offers several effective and easy-to-use citizen engagement features to include: 

Alert Center – Area for emergency and important information affecting citizens and can also be used to notify citizens via email and SMS (Short Message Service via text). 

News Flash – Provides current press releases, public notices and other important news items for site visitors. 

Notify Me – Sends out SMS messages and mass emails to list of subscribers. 

User Dashboard – My Dashboard allows users to personalize their dashboard for their own viewing experience to stay up-to-date on news, events and information important to the user. 

The re-design will continue to be a work in progress as new features and forms are added. The City’s web address will remain the same and the site will continue to host the Utilities Department payment portal and Parks & Recreation on-line registration, reservation and payment platforms.
