By Florida's Original NatureCoaster™ Posted on November 14, 2017

The National Homeless Person’s Memorial Day is December 21st.

Crescent Community Clinic is hosting a health day for homeless men and women, and especially veterans, who wish to have a health screening and sign up for free chronic health care and/or mental health services.

Individuals may go to any bus stop and board THE BUS at no cost if they say Crescent Community Clinic.

At the clinic, individuals will be offered an opportunity to choose cold weather items and blankets, and apply for food stamps.

A hot box lunch will be available. Community organizations will be on hand to assist homeless persons in finding additional resources.

Crescent Community Clinic’s mission is to improve the health and well-being of the under served, indigent and uninsured, to promote health literacy and to establish alliances that serve our community to provide the best health care that we are able to provide for all, regardless of ability to pay.

Business hours are 8:00AM – 3:00PM. Closed Thursdays and Sundays.

They are located at 5244 Commercial Way in Spring Hill, FL 34606. The phone number is 352-610-9916.
