Visit Dade City June 3-8, 2019, for a week-long celebration of its proud heritage and promising future.

Monarch Monday, June 3rd

Time: 10:00 AM Location: Hibiscus Park

Dade City is becoming a Monarch Butterfly City USA! Join the Dade City Garden Club at Hibiscus Park for the official dedication. A reception with light refreshments will follow at the Dade City Heritage Museum in the 1912 historic train depot.

Touring Tuesday, June 4th

Time: 10:00 AM -12:00 PM Location: City Hall

Take a guided tour of our new City Hall, meet and greet our mayor, city commissioners and those that make our city work. There will be refreshments and photo opportunities.

Walking Tour Wednesday, June 5th

Time: 9:00 AM Location: Agnes Lamb Park

Join us on a walking tour of Downtown Dade City discovering some of its beautiful historic buildings. The tour will begin at Agnes Lamb Park ending at the Dade City Chamber of Commerce. Refreshments and Shop & Dine maps will be available.

Throwback Thursday, June 6th

Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Downtown Dade City

Vote for your favorite storefront window! The Dade City merchants will be decorating their windows to reflect years past. Vote in-store or online for your favorite storefront and the winning business will receive a prize.

First Friday, June 7th

Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Location: The Dade City Heritage Museum

Celebrate Dade City’s Birthday with complimentary cupcakes! Learn about Dade City and it’s 130 years of proud heritage at our new Dade City Heritage Museum, located in the 1912 historic train depot.

Scavenger Hunt Saturday, June 8th

Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Location: Downtown Dade City

Join the City of Dade City, our merchants, and the Dade City Heritage Museum for a city-wide scavenger hunt! Take pictures of activities, people, places, and things on the scavenger hunt list to earn points toward a grand prize. The first person or team to reach 130 points is the winner!
