Dade City Symphony presents ‘A Gift of Music’

“A Gift of Music” was presented by the Dade City Symphony last Friday, June 18, 2022, at the Pasco Middle School Theater in Dade City. 

The annual presentations have been suspended for the past two and a half years because of the Covid pandemic, and this presentation re-starts the local productions.

Conductor Ben Hrpka is new to leading the Symphony this year.  He has been active in community orchestras and bands for the past 30 years and has just retired from 35 years of teaching. 

The presentation varied from New York, New York and Blue Tango to Finlandia and Mendelssohn.

The next planned presentation will be their Fall Concert in October.
