Twenty-five live music performances with some of the region’s finest bluegrass, Americana, country, southern rock, folk and roots acts are scheduled on two stages in the two days and you get to see it all for FREE. Ranch Rides and Tours

Come early to reserve your ride!  Rides are limited and last year most sold out.  Ride a 15-passenger swamp buggy through the Ranch wetlands.  The amphibious LARC vehicle will take you and 24 other passengers across the Ranch in and around the lake and back.  The guided safari bus tour takes you to places on this working cattle ranch that you can only see at Little Everglades.

This is your chance to ride a camel!

• Swamp Buggy rides – $20 and $10 kids 12 and under

• Camel rides – $10

Li’l Buckaroos Corral (children and family area)

Florida Ranch Days is family friendly!  Activities include face painting and running the Junior Savage obstacles to receive a medal. The Pioneer Florida Museum will be giving train rides for a fee. Enjoy the petting zoo or ride a pony for a fee.

Mr. Tommy performs on the Town Hall stage twice a day.  Children can dance and sing as they enjoy the fun sing-a-longs brought to life by this masterful storyteller and guitar player!

Limited seating is available, so please bring blankets or lawn chairs.  No pets, coolers, tailgating or outside food/beverage.

Bill “Sauce Boss” Wharton

Legendary performer (as chronicled in Jimmy Buffet’s 1999 hit “I Will Play for Gumbo”) Bill “Sauce Boss” Wharton brings his Florida slide guitar blues, his gumbo, and his own hot sauce to every multi-sensory performance.  His show includes a culinary demonstration with audience stirring and sampling the gumbo.  Sauce Boss is a powerhouse of energy with his one-man band.

Mean Mary

Known internationally for lightning fast fingers, haunting vocals, & intricate story songs, Mary travels the genres of folk-rock, bluegrass, and blues.

Mary learned to read music before she could read words and an official singer/songwriter before she started her first day of kindergarten.  With the help of her mom, she wrote her first theme song “Mean Mary from Alabam’.”  The press immediately baptized her with this handle, and she’s been Mean Mary ever since.

The Hummingbirds

The Hummingbirds are husband-wife team S.G. and Rachel Wood.  Born and raised in Detroit, now residing in Tampa, their music is both northern and southern Americana, blending both grit and self-reliance with hospitality, and charm.  Their live stage chemistry and organic duo harmonies immediately captivate and charm audience members while Rachel’s solid command of rhythm guitar, peppered with S.G.’s thoughtful lead work, keep their songs rolling in true Americana form.

Tino Wallenda High Wire Show

Tino Wallenda has “walked over dens of lions and tigers, between buildings, across rivers, and over a pool that contained more than 50 ‘man-eating’ sharks.”  With all the fame and acclaim, however, he is best known for his simple, yet powerful, message of fearless faith breathtakingly delivered from the high wire.

The Rick and Jan Show with Snorkel the Pig

Comedy, juggling and a dancing stunt pig… Need we say more?  Add some tuned bells, harmonicas and funny songs and you have a fun filled variety show for the whole family.

Lady Kitty and her Birds of Prey Show

Kitty has always loved nature and animals.  She became a falconer in 1974 and has found a skilled ability to share and convey her message of appreciating the natural world through the fascination that birds of prey always inspire.  She brings her live birds for the audience to view and photograph.  Weather permitting, the hawks may be flown free to the fist, or a “simulated hunt” with lure may be demonstrated.

Jim Mendenhall’s Snake Show

Jim Mendenhall loves snakes.  He teaches his audience to identify harmless and dangerous snakes in his entertaining and educational show.
