Since 1984, HPH Hospice has offered quality, compassionate hospice care to everyone in Pasco, Hernando, and Citrus counties. In February 2015, the organization became an affiliate of Chapters Health System that allowed access to a greater depth of clinical expertise and resources.
HPH Hospice patients receive services wherever they call home—in a primary residence, assisted living facility, skilled nursing home, hospice care center or hospital. And as a not-for-profit provider, HPH Hospice never denies services to anyone due to financial hardship.
