This beloved American classic comes to captivating life as a live 1940s radio broadcast. With the help of an ensemble that brings dozens of characters to the stage, the story of idealistic George Bailey unfolds as it considers a world in which he had never been born one fateful Christmas Eve. It will take help from a lovable angel to show George what life would be like if he wasn’t born. George has a change of heart and understands the true spirit of the holidays.

The Live Oak Theatre production is enriched with live “commercial breaks” featuring some of our favorite commercials from those early days of radio.

Tickets are now on sale for Live Oak Theatre’s It’s a Wonderful Life Radio Show starring “James Stewart”, “Donna Reed”, and “Lionel Barrymore” as the villainous Mr. Potter, will be presented at the Carol & Frank Morsani Center for the Arts, 21030 Cortez Boulevard, Brooksville, Florida, on December 7, 8 and 9.

Showtimes are at 7:30 pm on Friday, 2:30 pm and 7:30 pm on Saturday, and again at 2:30 pm on Sunday.

Adult tickets are only $20; children ages 13 and younger are $5 when purchased with an adult ticket. All tickets include coffee, tea and dessert.
