Do you or a loved one have high blood pressure? Were you diagnosed with an elevated level, or are you simply at a higher risk for possibly developing high blood pressure in the future due to age, family history, lifestyle, or other factors? If so, this FREE 8-week program could help you or your loved one learn how to better understand high blood pressure, also called hypertension, and how to reduce your risks for heart disease and stroke, two conditions brought on by having high blood pressure.

In a fun group environment, learn about:

  • Risk factors

  • The role of physical activity on hypertension
  • How diet affects blood pressure
  • How little changes in lifestyle can make abig impact
  • And more!There is no cost to participants thanks to Florida Hospital’s sponsorship! The Creation Health Wellness Center is located at 38233 Daugherty Road, Zephyrhills, FL 33541.Participants will also receive a FREE $10 weekly produce voucher for attending.
