Faith Lutheran Church, located at 935 S. Crystal Glen Drive in Lecanto, Florida is hosting a workshop entitled ABC of Dementia from 10 a.m. to noon on March 30, 2019.

Faith Lutheran Church of Lecanto to host free Alzheimer’s and dementia workshop

Conducted by Debbie Selsavage, President of Coping with Dementia LLC, the workshop is designed for caregivers for individuals living with dementia.  It will explain how Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia affect an individual, how to interpret so-called “dementia behaviors” for better communication, and how to become a less-stressed and more effective caregiver.
