FPE board members support the Senior Meal Programs for Pasco Seniors

The Pasco County Board of County Commissioners is recognizing Feeding Pasco’s Elderly (FPE) board members through a resolution highlighting their hard work and dedication in supporting the Pasco County Elderly Nutrition Division.  The resolution celebrates that at the FPE’s 2nd Annual Ambassador’s Breakfast, members raised $41,934.90 in support of the senior meal programs of Pasco County!

The Elderly Nutrition Division provides meal services to more than 800 senior citizens in Pasco County – with more seniors requesting services every day.  The money raised by FPE will go a long way toward supporting those seniors in need and developing a source of support for Pasco County’s aging community.

“FPE board members continue to bestow their gift of serving others in the community by reaching out to those in need, making a difference with their talents and being part of something greater than themselves,” said Gabriel Papadopoulos, Pasco County’s Elderly Nutrition Division Manager.  “On behalf of the seniors and staff, we are truly grateful for such wonderful community partners.”
