I’m very excited to announce that Captain William Toney will be presenting Fishing Homosassa 101 at the Homosassa Civic Club on February 21st at 7 pm.

Captain Toney is a 4^th generation native Homosassa fishing guide and a member and past president of the Homosassa Guides Association and a member of the Florida Outdoors Writers Association. His specialty is inshore and near shore fishing and targets all the species of game fish in the local waters.

Captain Toney is an excellent and informative speaker.  Almost two years ago he gave this seminar at the Old Homosassa Learning Center which is part of the Homosassa Civic Club.  Well over a hundred people attended the event and it was standing room only!  This time the presentation will be made in the Homosassa Civic Club’s main building which is a much larger venue but a full house is still expected!
