The public is invited to attend a free reading featuring original storytelling and poetry from the creative writing faculty of Saint Leo University (www.saintleo.edu).

Five Saint Leo University Faculty-Authors to Read From Their Own Creative Works September 18

“Wild Gifts: A Reading by Creative Writing Faculty” will take place at 7 p.m., Wednesday, September 18, at the Saint Leo campus at 33701 State Road 52, St. Leo, FL, 33574, in Selby  Auditorium, Lewis Hall. Lewis Hall is immediately visible on the right upon entering the main campus roadway, and visitors can use the ground-floor entrance that leads directly into Selby. Parking is free.

The authors who will be reading, listed with their most recently published book, are: poet Anne Barngrover (Brazen Creature); short story writer Patrick Crerand (The Paper Life They Lead); memoirist Brooke King (War Flower: My Life After Iraq); novelist Steve Kistulentz (Panorama); and poet Gianna Russo (One House Down, forthcoming in October).

The program is sponsored by the Department of Language Studies and the Arts, which is part of the College of Arts and Sciences. The college offers programs in creative writing at both the undergraduate and graduate level.
