Pre‑registration required for ‘Meet & Greet’ sessions in February
Ready to become a Master Gardener? The UF/IFAS Pasco County Cooperative Extension Service is offering two, free ‘Meet & Greet’ preview sessions for anyone interested in applying for the 2019 Master Gardener Volunteer Training Class. The 2019 Training Class begins in May and includes online and in-person training.
Potential applicants must attend one ‘Meet & Greet’ preview session to be considered for the program. Choose from two dates:
- Monday, February 25, 2019 from 7:00 p.m. ‑ 8:00 p.m. with preceding Volunteer Fair from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, February 26, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. ‑ 11:00 a.m.
Both sessions will be held at the Land O’ Lakes Community Center located at 5401 Land O’ Lakes Blvd. in Land O’ Lakes.
Pre‑registration for the preview sessions is required, as seating is limited. The Volunteer Fair is a great way to learn details about volunteer opportunities from veteran Master Gardeners.
