By Florida's Original NatureCoaster™ Posted on November 12, 2018

“A Dog Purpose” will be shown at Sims Park (6431 Bank Street) starting at 6:30pm Saturday, November 17th.

“A Dog’s Purpose” is a heartwarming movie about a dog’s love for their human. Reincarnated as multiple canines over the course of five decades the loveable pooch develops an unbreakable bond with Ethan and reminds him to be his true self. Reminiscent of Marley and Me the movie is filled with lots of laughter and is a must see for the entire family.

The City of New Port Richey Parks and Recreation Department is proud to continue presenting FREE Family Movie Nights bringing movie lovers of all ages to the downtown’s focal point, beautiful Sims Park, and to enjoy a free movie in an outdoor setting.   Family friendly movies are shown monthly without cost to the audience so bring the entire extended family, chairs, blankets and be ready for an adventurous good time!  Snacks may be available for sale from local nonprofit organizations and everyone is welcome and encouraged to visit the New Port Richey downtown restaurants and shops before the movie starts!

Monsters University is the next Free Family Movie scheduled for December 22nd at 6:00pm.
