Beginning Tuesday, September 7, 2021, free Yang Style Tai Chi classes will be hosted at the Central Citrus Community Center. These classes will be held every Tuesday at 8:30 am for one hour and are open to the public.

Tai Chi is a moving meditation, low impact exercise. Beginners and all levels are welcome. The instructor, Vinny Oliveira, has been doing Tai Chi for over 50 years and teaching for 20 years.
