‘Get Connected with Your Community’ Public Services Expo

Learn what Pasco County can do for you!  Pasco’s Public Services Branch and the River Ridge Middle School Parent Teacher Student Association will host the second annual Get Connected with Your Community – a fun-filled, family-friendly event – Saturday, February 8, 2020, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at River Ridge Middle School, located at 11646 Town Center Rd., New Port Richey.

“Educating the community on the diverse programs we offer allows us to connect with our citizens and build relationships to better serve them,” said Assistant County Administrator for Public Services Cathy Pearson.  “We’re proud to showcase additional programs for the second year of Getting Connected, and look forward to a great turnout.”

The 2020 expo will feature expanded offerings from Pasco County Development Services and Pasco County Recycling.

Join us for upbeat activities throughout the day including:

  • Bounce houses and music/DJ
  • Touch-a-Truck, including Fire Rescue, PCPT and Pasco Schools buses
  • Food trucks
  • Pasco Sheriff’s Mounted Posse and K-9 unit

Representatives from a variety of Pasco County departments will be on hand to share information about their services.  Don’t miss this opportunity to learn more about Human Services; Veterans Services; Senior Services; Libraries; Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources; Pasco County Public Transportation; Tourism; the UF/IFAS Cooperative Extension; Misdemeanor Probation; and Recycling.
