Hernando County Arts Council and Brooksville Main Street Announce Art Contest Winner

Today the Hernando County Fine Arts Council, the City of Brooksville, and Brooksville Main Street are excited to announce the winner of our Art Contest! We would like to thank all of the entrants for helping make this second annual contest a success! We were so pleased to see all of the talented Hernando County artists that responded. We are excited to give these artists an opportunity to share their work with the community.

Hernando County Arts Council, City of Brooksville, and Brooksville Main Street Announce Art Contest Winner

The winner is… Joan LoBianco with her artwork titled, “In Mama’s Embrace.”

We invite you to the Uptown City Gallery Reception where LoBianco will receive her award and prizes on May 14, 2021, from 5 PM to 7 PM. This event is free and open to the public. We also invite you to the Art Stroll in Downtown Brooksville on May 15, 2021, from 1 PM to 5 PM. LoBianco will be one of the artists featured at the Art Stroll. Tickets are $25 and are currently on sale through Brooksville Main Street.
