By Florida's Original NatureCoaster™ Posted on February 25, 2019

Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park, in cooperation with the Friends of Homosassa Springs Wildlife Park, will host “Reading With A Ranger” on Saturday, March 2, 2019 as part of Read Across America Day.

Kids and parents are welcome to join us in the Discovery Center at 10:00 a.m. where Ranger Jackie will read a children’s nature-themed story. After story time, hang out and ask Ranger Jackie questions about wildlife while enjoying complementary cookies and water, courtesy of the Friends of Homosassa Springs Wildlife Park.

This is a free program, however regular admission to the park is required. No need to register, just show up and have fun. For more information, call the park office at 352-628-5343.
