Lake Townsend and Nobleton Boat Ramps Reopen

By Florida's Original NatureCoaster™ Posted on June 29, 2017

Water levels on the Withlacoochee River have risen approximately one foot allowing public boat ramps at Lake Townsen and Nobleton parks to reopen for motorized boats. In addition, minor repairs were completed at the Lake Townsen boat ramp.

Due to low water levels, the Mountain Lake boat ramp on Mountain Lake Road in Brooksville and the Hunters Lake boat ramp on Kenlake Avenue in Spring Hill remain closed to motorized boats.
