The Hernando County Solid Waste and Recycling Department will begin a facility paving project at the Main Landfill, located at 14450 Landfill Road in Brooksville, on August 10, 2020. This project may cause temporary delays in traffic flow at the facility.

Landfill paving project may cause temporary delays

Staff asks that residents exercise patience during this time and follow posted directional signage and on-site flaggers to safely redirect traffic. An announcement will be made once this project has been completed.
