Little Caesars donates pizzas to Citrus County Sandbag Crews

Thanks to Little Caesars for donating pizzas to Citrus County Sandbag Crews in October.

During the Hurricane Michael, storm event last month Little Caesars Pizza in Crystal River, owned by the Proodian family, donated thirty pizzas and fifteen crazy breads to the Citrus County sand bag site on SR44 in Crystal River and fifteen pizzas to the Citrus County sandbag site on Grandmarch Ave. in Homosassa.

Citrus County Road Maintenance oversees sandbagging operations to keep our citizens safe and well prepared. Once activated the Sandbag Crews work long hours, in often-difficult weather conditions, to bag and load sand for citizens visiting the sites prior to flooding.

Thank you to Little Caesars for being a good neighbor and providing a delicious hot meal for our crews during Hurricane Michael.
