Local Veterans invited to Free Showing of A Salute to Honor Nov. 1

Local veterans are invited to attend a free showing of A Salute to Honor on Tuesday, November 1st at 12:45 p.m. at the Cinebistro at the Grove located at 6333 Wesley Grove Boulevard in Wesley Chapel.  The filmmakers are covering the cost for veterans to see their film during the November 1 screening.  The film is part of the CineFlix Film Festival, which will be coming to Wesley Chapel October 31 to November 3.  To take advantage of this offer, veterans can bring any form of ID showing their military service.

“This is a great opportunity to showcase our film culture in Pasco County,” said Ed Caum, Pasco County Office of Tourism Manager.  “We hope to bring more of these film festivals to Pasco County in the future.  With the large amount of veterans we have in Pasco County, I’m glad the festival is offering them an incentive to see this film.”

Actor, writer and director John Schneider (Dukes of Hazzard, Smallville, The Haves and the Have Nots) is bringing the CineFlix Film Festival to Wesley Chapel and Lakeland as part of an eight-week tour, through eight cities and four states – showcasing 24 movies from independent filmmakers.
