The City of Brooksville Parks and Recreation Department is excited to announce the Ribbon Cutting for our new NEOS Interactive Playground will be September 10 at 12:30pm. The new playground equipment is located near Pavilion #1 in Tom Varn Park. Tom Varn Park is located at 293 Darby Lane, in Brooksville, Florida.

The NEOS Interactive Playground was acquired in partnership with the Florida Department of Health and Junior Service League of Brooksville.  The partners provided $18,000 in funding for this new innovation.

The NEO’s 360 encompasses the best physical endurance in a full body gaming approach that helps participants develop agility, coordination, strength and stamina. The circular design of the system additionally develops peripheral vision.
