New Online Software Goes Live for Brooksville Parks & Recreation

On Monday, May 16, 2022 the new Parks & Recreation online platform went ‘live’, automating the reservation, registration and payment process.  This new platform will make it easier for residents to reserve parks and recreation facilities, register for leagues and special event participation and make online payments.  Also included is a convenient portal for instructors to set up calendars and programs.

ReCPro software was selected to provide citizens an easier online customer service experience 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Residents can set-up an account using their own email address along with a unique password. The software is also mobile friendly so residents can access their account, register and book facilities by phone. Residents/customers can still visit the Jerome Brown Community Center in person for these services; however, payments cannot be taken by phone.

“We are committed to improving the customer experience,” stated Parks & Recreation Director Angie Whisnant, “and are excited to offer this service to our citizens making it easier than ever to navigate the process.”

For more information contact the City of Brooksville Parks & Recreation Department at 352-540-3830. ReCPro is currently available online and can be found by visiting the website: https://www.cityofbrooksville.us/brooksville-parks-recreation/pages/online-registration
