The City’s Public Works Department will begin the milling and paving of Congress Street on Monday, March 19, 2018, weather permitting.  As a result, Congress Street between Massachusetts Avenue and Louisiana Avenue will be limited to single lane closures block by block as work progresses.  Congress Street will remain open to pedestrians.  The Congress Street paving project will run concurrently with the Madison Street paving project which begins today.  Both projects should be completed by Friday, March 23, 2018.
