Celebrate the best of Florida at the 2020 Ocala Culinary Festival Flavors of Florida Dinner this March 26 at the Circle Square Cultural Center in Ocala.

Crystal River, Florida native and southern fusion Chef Randal White from Mark’s Prime Steakhouse & Seafood of Ocala will be presenting a plethora of tantalizing dishes encompassing the sunshine state’s fresh and finest ingredients sourced from Florida’s livestock ranches, our surrounding waters, and family farms.

Chef Randal White is the former owner of Oscars of Homosassa and Brooksville on Florida’s Nature Coast.

Master mixologist Shelby Goelz from Monin in Tampa will be creating handcrafted signature cocktails during this special dining event.
