The Hernando County Mosquito Control Department will be hosting an open house on Friday, May 31, 2019, from noon to 5 p.m. at 15400 Wiscon Road in Brooksville.

Open house scheduled to learn how to “Fight the Bite”

During the open house, attendees will learn about how mosquitoes are controlled in our community and what residents can do to further protect themselves. Staff will be available to answer questions and give tours of our new lab where mosquitoes are tested for diseases. Educational materials, “Fight the Bite” giveaway items and FREE mosquito fish will be available while supplies last.
