The Pasco County Public Transportation Department (PCPT) is partnering with the Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller to sell bus passes, making it easier than ever for residents and tourists to climb aboard Pasco County buses.
The Clerk & Comptroller offers several PCPT bus pass options:
- Regular and Reduced Fare 31-day Pass
- Regular and Reduced Fare 20-ride Pass
- Summer Haul passes (Available May-August)
Reduced Fares require a PCPT Reduced Fare photo I.D. Passes and I.D.’s are available for purchase at the following Clerk & Comptroller locations:
- West Pasco Government Center, 8731 Citizens Dr., Suite 220, New Port Richey
- East Pasco Government Center, 14236 Sixth St., Suite 201, Dade City
“This will be a nice benefit to our riders,” said PCPT Director Kurt Scheible. “Having additional sales outlets throughout Pasco County makes it even more convenient to ride the bus.”
“We are delighted to add this opportunity for our customers,” said Clerk & Comptroller Paula S. O’Neil, Ph.D. “We know PCPT is modernizing its fleet and adding to its route system. If we can help customers get onboard while they’re here applying for passports or marriage licenses or doing other business, it’s a win-win.”
PCPT’s partnership with the Clerk & Comptroller expands its existing network of bus pass and I.D. purchasing locations. All Pasco County libraries and the east- and west-side campuses of Pasco-Hernando State College will continue to sell bus passes. I.D.’s are also available at the Pasco County Transportation building at 8620 Galen Wilson Blvd., New Port Richey and once a week at the Zephyrhills Library.
