Pasco County Completes Irma Debris Collection
County landfill sites reinstate regular disposal fees
The Pasco County Solid Waste Department and its contractors have completed Hurricane Irma-related storm debris pick-up in all sixteen collection zones, making several passes in each zone over the past two months.
Pasco County appreciates our residents’ patience during this process. Crews worked diligently to collect all storm-related material; however, any storm-related debris that might have been missed will be considered for collection on a case-by-case basis.
Pasco County Code Compliance will be notified of any materials left at the curb that are not Irma-related.
Residents are encouraged to work with their private hauler to remove any new waste materials or to bring them to one of the following locations for disposal:
- East Pasco Transfer Station, 9626 Handcart Rd, Dade City
- West Pasco Resource Recovery, 14606 Hays Rd, Spring Hill
Both locations are open Monday through Saturday, from 7 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Regular landfill disposal fees have been reinstated.
Residents with questions or concerns are encouraged to contact Pasco County Customer Service at 727-847-2411
