Pasco County Government offices, including the Constitutional Offices and the Courts, will be closed Thursday, December 24, 2020, and Friday, December 25, 2020, in observance of Christmas.  All government offices and the Courts will reopen Monday, December 28, 2020.

Pasco County Offices to Close for Christmas

The Pasco County Parks, Recreation, and Natural Resources’ Offices, Recreation Complexes and Community Centers will be closed Thursday, December 24, 2020, and Friday, December 25, 2020; however, the parks and beaches will stay open to the public from dawn to dusk.

Pasco County Public Transportation (PCPT) will be open Thursday, December 24, 2020; however, buses will run through Saturday schedule end times, which vary by route.  (Please refer to individual route schedules.)  PCPT administrative offices will be closed Thursday, December 24 to walk-in customers; however, phone lines will be open.  PCPT will be closed and bus services will not run Friday, December 25, 2020.  Services will resume Saturday, December 26.

All Pasco County Libraries will be closed Thursday, December 24, 2020, and Friday, December 25, 2020, resuming regular business hours Saturday, December 26.

The Pasco County Animal Services Administration Office, Adoption Center, Intake/Reclaim Shelter and Field Services will be closed Thursday, December 24, 2020, and Friday, December 25, 2020.  An Animal Control Officer will be available for emergencies only.  The Adoption Center & Intake/Reclaim Shelter will resume regular business hours Saturday, December 26.

The Pasco County Resource Recovery Facility, West Pasco Class III and the East Pasco Transfer Station will be closed to the public Thursday, December 24, 2020; however, they will be open to Pasco County licensed commercial haulers.  They will also be closed to the public and Pasco County Licensed haulers Friday, December 25, 2020.

The Pasco County Tax Collector’s Office will be closed Thursday, Friday and Saturday December 24 – 26 and will resume regular business hours Monday, December 28.
