Pasco County Offices to Close for Staff Development Day

County Courts to remain open

Pasco County Government offices will be closed Monday, February 18, 2019, for a Staff Development Day.  All County Departments will be performing staff development activities focused on improving services for our communities and neighbors.

All Pasco County Libraries will be closed for Staff Development Day Friday, February 22, 2019.  The following branches will be open Monday, February 18, 2019: Hudson, Hugh Embry, Regency Park and Land O’ Lakes.

Pasco County Public Transportation (PCPT) will be open Monday, February 18, 2019, and will be providing service on all fixed routes and paratransit.  PCPT administrative offices will be closed to walk-in customers Monday, February 18, 2019; however, phone lines will be open.

The Pasco County Parks, Recreation, and Natural Resources’ Offices, Recreation Complexes and Community Centers will be closed Monday, February 18, 2019; however, the parks and beaches will stay open to the public from dawn to dusk.

The Pasco County Animal Services Administration Office, Adoption Center, Intake/Reclaim Shelter and Field Services will be closed Monday, February 18, 2019.  An Animal Control Officer will be available for emergencies only.

The Pasco County Resource Recovery Facility, West Pasco Class III, and the East Pasco Transfer Station will be open to the public and Pasco County licensed commercial haulers Monday, February 18, 2019.

All government offices will return to normal hours Tuesday, February 19, 2019.

Note: Other Pasco County Government Constitutional Offices, including the courts, will be open Monday, February 18, 2019.
