Pasco County Pet of the Week

By Florida's Original NatureCoaster™ Posted on November 11, 2021

Link (ID: 48613340) is ready for his forever home! This smart guy is adept at solving puzzles and running the obstacle course at Pasco County Animal Services. He loves people and will follow you around, nosing your leg for pets. He’s also great with other dogs, enjoying a game of chase in playgroups. Link could use some work on his leash manners, and he also doesn’t like to share his food. However, in the right home, he would likely be a quick learner and adjust to the “house rules.” This 5-year-old is the perfect medium size at just over 45 pounds. Are you willing to provide the training, exercise, and mental stimulation Link needs? Make an appointment today with PCAS to meet him!

Looking for a 50-pound lap dog? Zola (ID: 48789619) is your girl! This 8-year-old sweetheart adores people, including children, as well as dogs of all sizes. She participates in playgroups, enjoying a game of chase with other dogs. Zola sits on command, takes treats gently, and is house- and crate-trained. She rides well in the car, going straight into her kennel and not making any noise. When outside, Zola needs to be on a leash or in a fenced yard, as she likes to roam. A typical hound, she follows her nose! Inside, she would be happy to curl up on the couch with you. Make an appointment today with Pasco County Animal Services to meet Zola, and you’re sure to fall in love!
