Pasco County Utilities Welcomes New Customers with Acquisition

The much-anticipated acquisition of Florida Government Utility Authority’s (FGUA) Lindrick System by Pasco County Utilities (PCU) is scheduled to take place next year September 30, 2021, in the Gulf Harbors and Shamrock Heights communities of west Pasco.  PCU team members are pleased to welcome approximately 5,500 former FGUA customers and are working diligently to ensure a seamless transition.

Customers joining PCU through this transition could see a billing decrease with their new PCU rates, fees and charges.  You can see PCU rates online at bit.ly/PCU-RatesFY21 and Lindrick customers can follow transition updates at bit.ly/PCU-Lindrick.

“We’re excited to welcome these communities to PCU and we’re committed to providing the exceptional, individualized service and care our customers expect,” said Pasco County Utilities Customer Service Director Sandra Anderson.  “Our team is here to support each customer’s specific utility needs.”
