Pasco County Wins Two Telly Awards for Video Production

Videos are powerful, effective story-telling tools – and The Pasco Board of County Commissioners (BCC) is thrilled to announce its Media Relations and Communications team is the proud recipient of two international Telly Awards!  The team reeled in a silver and a bronze Telly for videos produced, written, shot and edited in-house.

This is Why We Flush! Pasco County Utilities PSA is a Silver Winner and Pasco County Parks are Essential is a Bronze Winner – in the Non-Broadcast / Government Relations category of the 43rd Annual Telly Awards.

“These industry awards for our Media Relations & Communications team are well-deserved,” said BCC Chair Kathryn Starkey.  “This honor shows our dedication to producing top-notch videos for our customers highlighting our people and the services we provide to ensure Pasco County is a great place to live, work and play.”

The Telly Awards is the premier award honoring excellence in video and television production – receiving over 12,000 entries from all 50 states and 5 continents.  Videos are judged by more than 200 industry leaders from advertising agencies, production companies and major television networks.
