Pasco Extension Offers Rain Water Harvesting, Barrel Workshop

Conserve water and save money with the UF/IFAS Pasco County Cooperative Extension Service Rain Water Harvesting/Rain Barrel Virtual Workshop.  This on-demand, online offering is designed to help you harness rain water on your property for lawn, landscape and gardening uses.

The virtual workshop costs $40/person and includes the rain barrel, spigot and instructions.  You must pick up the supplies in person either Tuesday or Wednesday, September 1 – 2, 2020, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Demand is high and registration ends August 28, 2020.

You will receive one rain barrel with a capacity of approximately 50 gallons.  The style and color of barrels may vary.  Registration and online payment are required.  Please print and bring your ticket as proof of purchase.  Sorry, no refunds.  *You will select your pickup location during the registration process.
