Pet of the Week – Kimbo and Sasha

Kimbo (ID: A000544) is the best boy! This super sweet 6-year-old is wonderful on a leash and appears house-trained. He is non-destructive, taking excellent care of his blankets and toys. He participates in playgroups with other dogs, preferring those that are gentle like he is. One of his favorite things is to sunbathe out in the yard with his puppy pals. Kimbo loves people — even at 65 pounds, he thinks he’s a lap dog! He can be a little nervous in new situations or settings, but with some reassurance, he may come out of his shell. Sasha (ID: A001033) is a sweet, happy girl looking for her forever home! This 7-year-old participates in playgroups with other dogs. She also sits on command and takes treats gently. However, at 77 pounds, she should probably not have too many! A healthy diet and regular exercise would help to get her in tip-top shape. This playful girl pulls a little on the leash at first, but settles down once she gets going. Pasco County Animal Services Adoption Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to provide form of photo identification
- Must be willing to provide a loving home for a shelter pet
