Pine Brook Pharmacies Offer Additional New Services During The Current Pandemic Crisis

Pine Brook Pharmacies now offers seven days a week operation and drive-through service at their Cortez location and curbside service at all others. They are also providing up to date guidance by their pharmacists about corona questions.

If no pickup service is available from a customers’ big chain store Pine Brook will transfer the script, fill it and deliver it to their home. Also, to reduce the risk of infection they provide contact free home delivery, so they leave the meds by the door and let the customer know to pick them up.

All stores accept messages 24/7 and calls will be returned quickly by a registered pharmacist. Each customers’ health, safety and well-being are their main concern as they strive for service excellence with each transaction.

The key to their success is living by the motto of absolute service offered up by Mahatma Gandhi’: “A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption of our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider of our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us the opportunity to do so.”

Gautam Thakkar, founder and owner of the chain of pharmacies continues to look for new avenues to serve his clients each day thru additional services such as the Medpak system that packages all your meds, free diabetic supplies, free in-home consultations, free dose reminders, compounding, Spanish speaking pharmacist, labeling in Spanish etc., and of course they accept all major insurance companies.

The locations of the stores are: 14111 Cortez Blvd. (drive-thru), 11373 Cortez Blvd. (inside Oak Hill Hospital), 5340 Spring Hill Drive (by Access Healthcare) and 10507 Spring Hill Drive (four corners).
